Lindsay is a relatively new customer with us here at SequinQueen but her star quality shone through straight away! Lindsay asked us to make a shimmering, Swarovski crystal-embellished performance costume. The result? Lindsay loves her outfit--we think it suits her sparkling personality to a T.

A musical theater and cabaret performance artist whose greatest joy is lighting up a stage, Lindsay has been blessed to perform at some of the most respected theaters across the country, among them the 5,000 seat St. Louis MUNY theater. Lindsay also booked the National Tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with Patrick Cassidy, in which she covered the role of the Narrator. During her time on the road, Lindsay performed in every major market--within twelve months she set foot on over fifty different stages!

Regional credits include: 42nd Street, Beauty and the Beast, Hello Dolly!, Once Upon a Mattress, A New Brain, White Christmas, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Will Rogers’ Follies, The Music Man, And the World Goes ‘Round, and Annie to name a few. Lindsay recently founded The New Theatre of Chesapeake a professional regional theater company in Chesapeake, Virginia. As Executive Producing Director, she is now enjoying the thrill of producing and directing contemporary musical theater.

Lindsay holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Cincinnati, College Conservatory of Music. In addition to Lindsay’s conservatory training, she has had the privilege of studying with masters such as: legends Gwen Verdon, Anne Reinking, and Ben Vereen; choreographers, Tony Stevens, Chet Walker, and Andy Blankenbeuhler; composer Craig Carnelia; and casting directors Dave Clemmons and Jay Binder. Lindsay is a member of AFTRA and has been a proud member of the Actor’s Equity Association since 2004.

Having been compared to “a young Cher, young Liza Minnelli, young Bette Midler, young Streisand”, Lindsay’s true talent lies in “her ability to hold an audience in thrall.” She’s described as a “showperson” in that “she doesn't just stand there and sing--she gives them a show!” Taking “bold chances in what she sings and how she sings it”, Lindsay unfailingly “gives each song its due--whether it’s a mournful, soulful ballad, or a big brassy number.” She is “a charming and funny performer unafraid to go for the big moments onstage.”
